Position Requirements
Bachelor,   7 to 8 Years work experience
• University Degree in Chemical Engineering or chemistry. MBA is a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in selling chemicals (Coating and emulsion polymer)
• Experience in the European market is a must
• Very good knowledge of English, French, and a third language (written and spoken)
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise, convince and close the deal.
• Influential Leadership with an excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, with a high level of initiative and autonomy
• Team player with the ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors
• Management skills, with the ability to direct, motivate and coach his team for higher performance
• High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
  • French - Very good
