Overview
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team supporting Microsoft. This role allows you to work in the vibrant setting of Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide them with outstanding service.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft products and services
- Provide users with comprehensive information on product features, troubleshooting tips, and account management
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance purposes
- Collaborate closely with other teams to provide seamless support and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on new products, software updates, and company policies to assist customers accurately
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the technology or software sector
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general office software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about Microsoft products and services
