As a specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in optimizing their experience with Fitbit products, ensuring they receive the support they need for their health and wellness journeys.

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to product functionalities
• Offer knowledgeable advice on health tracking features and assist with app usage for an optimal customer experience
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Partner with technical support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues when necessary
• Stay updated on the latest Fitbit products and health tracking trends to enhance customer support efforts

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial
• Prior experience in customer support or service, especially in a technology or health product environment, is preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a capacity to assist customers effectively
• Excellent communication skills focused on creating a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus
• Self-motivated with efficient time management skills suited for a collaborative work environment
