Hatchery Project Coordinator; HPC; Bio; technical

As Hatchery Project Coordinator you’re the ‘single point of contact’ for the client from moment of signed contract till the project handover.

You maintain continuous contact with the client to monitor his satisfaction level and ensures any issues raised are promptly addressed and resolved within the company.

This primarily involves the technical coordination of all works to be done, in collaboration with all stakeholders (including field service engineers, client, …) towards a successful completion of the project within the given timeframe and budget.

You play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by managing their projects seamlessly from start to finish. Your efforts directly contribute to strengthening client relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and delivering solutions that align with Petersime’s mission of Innovation and Excellence in hatchery technology.

Working hours: Full-time

• You analyze technical content of the order confirmation (OC) to identify any issues and ensure internal clarity.
• You are the primary point of contact for the customer.
• Together with client, you make an initial project timeline and you discuss the timeline with Master Planning towards feasibility.
• You prepare and manage schedules for delivery, installation, commissioning and ultimately the handover of the project through, maintaining constant remote communication with customers and contractors.
• Upon internal approval of timeline, you communicate about the timeline and installation planner.
• Through emails and meetings you share and discuss project relevant documents with the client and his contractors to ensure all parties understand their responsibilities in the project being it Petersime, client or appointed contractors and/or consultants from the client.
• You maintain regular pro-active contact with client and take steps towards resolving issues, if any.
• You do updates internally towards Field operation stakeholders.
• You assess via receiving internal weekly reporting from the field team the installation progress (installation time efficiency) and take actions accordingly to keep the full installation within given timeframe.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanics or a related technical field.
• Team player, excellent communication and people skills.
• Language:
  Proficiency in Dutch & English is essential for effective internal communication. English is also critical for external communication with clients and global team members. Knowledge of additional languages (eg French, Spanish, …) is a plus, as it can facilitate collaboration with clients and partners in diverse regions.
• A polite, tactful and friendly attitude.
• No experience required, 2 years project experience as a bonus.
• The ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Willing to travel international occasionally (maximum 25% of the time).
