Lead Nuclear Energy Project Manager

Steer key nuclear projects at the Governor’s Office as a Lead Nuclear Energy Project Manager. Emphasizing budget management, stakeholder engagement, and reactor feasibility.

As the Nuclear Energy Project Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, managing the implementation of nuclear energy projects while evaluating advanced reactor designs. Your responsibilities include leading internal teams, assessing project viability, and ensuring regulatory compliance while navigating project scope and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nuclear energy project performance and coordination

• Evaluate advanced reactor feasibility and public impact

• Collaborate with external stakeholders for project success

• Facilitate engagement with regulatory agencies like NRC

• Review and implement budget assessments and policy recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear or Mechanical Engineering

• At least five years of experience in energy markets or regulation

• Familiarity with clean energy support programs a plus

• Experience in energy policy or administrative testimony beneficial

• Master’s degree is highly preferred
