The Reliability Engineer role is pivotal in implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to address issues and boost overall equipment effectiveness. Your experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will enable you to lead root cause failure analysis initiatives and foster technician development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs

• Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions

• Implement Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma for process variability

• Identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks

• Manage lubrication and condition-based maintenance programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 3-5 years in reliability engineering or related fields

• Proficient in Lean manufacturing techniques

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
