Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time retail store manager to lead a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates, including 3–4 management staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on driving sales, fostering talent, managing store operations, and engaging the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achievement of sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
  • Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
  • Oversee omni‑channel operations, visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses.
  • Build community relationships to raise store awareness.
  • Generate new ideas, share information with others, and develop solutions.

Position Requirements
  • Previous management experience required; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent and cultivate a positive team atmosphere.

  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
