We are the Products and Services Readiness team within North America. We lead testing and introduction of new Radio technology for North American telecom operators.

• Work in radio lab and gain familiarity with the radio products (SW and HW) through product testing, and with the product acceptance process for large telecom customers.
• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers' lab facilities and first market applications.
• Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities.
• Perform proof of concept with customers for pre‑commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment.
• Support NPI projects, including integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistencies, and testing on the roadmap portfolio for BBU and radios on different technologies/bands.
• Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact toward the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customers, and the EU throughout the project.
• Participate in lab testing, working closely with the delivery manager and customer to define the scope of work, resource plan, and timeline.
• Execute Test Object List (TOL).
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks.
• Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance.
