Job Description

As a member of the Device and Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for optimization of inventory through utilization of allocation best practices. Working with customer-facing channel partners and supply chain teams, the Supply Chain Manager of Allocation Planning is responsible for accurate allocation of goods to the various sales channels following prioritization by leadership while optimizing the ability to meet service levels.

This role includes the responsibility of recommending and aligning with cross channel leadership on setting end-customer inventory availability expectations which ensures the T-Mobile customer Uncarrier experience.

Responsibilities

Allocate goods to various sales channels while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory based on demand plans and current business trends
Review allocation planning processes and policies and recommend changes to key SAP (Backorder Rescheduling, Delivery Due, ATP Checking, IDOO) or business processes to meet evolving business needs
Identify gaps between available supply and allocation
Establishes and maintains business relationships cross-functional teams to assure on-time delivery, communication on backorder and resolution of picking, shipping and capacity issues
Present modeling scenarios results to supply chain leadership, channel leadership, customer's buying team and store replenishment planning team to gain buy-in on proposed changes
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications

4
-7years of supply chain experience
2-4 years of experience planning and forecasting
Working knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning process
Expert knowledge in CRM and DRP methodologies and supply chain management with ability to train and coach teammates and across the organization
Experience in implementing supply chain systems and process (CPFR, VMI, ERP, APS)
Demonstrate experience in writing SQL queries
Demonstrate ability to originate and lead cross functional projects
Professional certification (CPF, CPP, CPSM, CSCP, CSCM, CSCA, CPM)
2-4 years of experience in at least 2 planning disciplines (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Supplier Management)
2-4 years of experience implementing and managing CPFR or VMI programs
Supply chain experience in the wireless industry
Working knowledge of SAP ECC and APO Demand and Fulfillment
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain management or related field

Minimum Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States.
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Pre-employment background screen.
