Housekeeper - Park at Belle Harbour

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Housekeeping Department at The Park at Belle Harbour. This is a full‑time opportunity with pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Day shift availability:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM or Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM‑5 PM.

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. The role involves cleaning a specified number of apartments or rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors routinely and during incidents.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas.
• Perform the full‑cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry.
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling.
• Mix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary.

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plus.
• Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
