As a full-time Manager of Education eph, you will serve as a strategic leader and clinical mentor, designing the systems and programs that ensure a safe, evidence-based environment for our patients and staff.

You will lead educational strategies across the care continuum (clinics, hospital, and home health/hospice) by:

• Strategic Leadership: Developing long- and short-term plans to address clinical education needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring all programs meet the standards of licensing and accrediting bodies while inspiring a culture of safety.
• Caregiver Development: Facilitating role-specific orientations and promoting the professional growth of staff at all levels.
• Partnership & Consultation: Collaborating with Human Resources and local educational institutions to coordinate student learning and workforce planning.
• Resource Management: Supervising regional education staff, managing costs, and standardizing training modules across the network.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: 2 years of leadership experience and 1 year in clinical education.
• Credentials: Registered Nurse license in Washington State and BLS certification (required upon hire).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in adult learning principles, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a self-directed environment.

• Salary Range: $134,264 — $201,406/annually (dependent on experience)
