Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to add to our team. This position includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems within our manufacturing facility, with some small amounts of fabrication and welding. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems effectively.
  • Install, modify, and upgrade industrial equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repairs and services.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to maintain production uptime.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications in HVAC, hydraulics, electrical, or millwrighting acceptable.
  • 1+ year of experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing low‑voltage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming, motor controls, and variable frequency drives is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
Pay & Shift

Starting hourly rate of $30.17 per hour. Monday‑Friday day shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with some occasional weekend work.
