Programmable Platform Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you drive adoption of the iPro programmable platform by delivering training and enabling customers and partners. You will collaborate with product management and cross‑functional teams to shape resources, support product launches, and gather customer feedback. Based in Belluno with hybrid work, you engage with food service, food retail, and HVAC applications to extend platform capabilities and ecosystem growth.

You contribute to evolving products through technical enablement and customer insights, helping to scale programmable solutions.

Retribuzione / Benefits Deliver technical training to customers' software development teams and system integrators via webinars and in‑person sessions

Support product launches by creating and presenting webinars, videos, and presentations

Develop technical resources (templates, programming examples, function blocks, references)
Define best practices and architectures for programming within the iPro platform

Collaborate with Product Management to collect product requirements and customer feedback

Provide guidance on web development related to the programmable platform

Assist customers in using associated tools, including HMI programming

ResponsabilitàTechnical or Electronics degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven ability to deliver technical training or knowledge transfer

Knowledge of PLC products and industrial control systems

Experience with PLC programming (ST, FBD, SFC)
Fluency in Italian Strong English communication

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Effective collaboration and communication skills
