Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the identification, storage, and control of inventory at the Beloit campus.
- Pick materials accurately to support manufacturing work orders, North Star production, and future development projects. This includes but is not limited to ISO environments, radiation areas, and temperature‑controlled areas. Enter pick transactions into the ERP system manually or using barcode scanners.
- Perform simple assembly operations to meet the production schedule using aseptic techniques. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) controlled documentation and manufacturing work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections to assure all parts are completed within standards.
- Pick and enter other miscellaneous inventory transactions into the ERP system to support engineering and production activities as needed.
- Perform cycle counts for monthly and annual audits.
- Participate in engineering and pilot runs and provide feedback for efficiency and best practices.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Preferred Education/ExperienceExperience in warehousing, inventory control, cycle counting, work order kitting, or general assembly.
