CDL Driver – Mobile Mix Concrete Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $30/hr
Travel: Between client job sites only
Location: Bend, Oregon
MUST HAVE CDL A or B

Position Summary

To aid and assist mobile mix concrete production and efficiency by increasing organization and promoting high levels of productive behavior. This role supports a program that continually progresses toward greater refinement at all production levels.

Performance Responsibilities

Drive Mobile Mix Truck (CDL Required)

Operate Front-End Loader (load/unload aggregate materials)

Perform Daily Vehicle Maintenance & Organization (cleaning & organizing company vehicle)

Complete Daily Trip Logs (record daily activities)

Maintain Strong Customer Relations (communication & rapport with customers)

Operate Mixer Equipment (mix design & material execution)

Demonstrate Strong Organization & Communication Skills (critical with customers, management, and dispatch)

Be Flexible With Work Hours

Qualifications

CDL License (Class A or Class

B) – REQUIRED

Front-End Loader Experience

Concrete or Construction Background Preferred

Any equivalent combination of experience the company finds appropriate

Valid Oregon Driver’s License

Minimum 1 year of similar experience preferred

Additional Requirements

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good customer service skills when interacting with clients
Ability to use basic hand tools (shovels, etc.)
Willingness to travel between job sites only
