• 5 years proven B2B sales experience and a commitment to a career in corporate sales.

• Experience managing a pipeline and hitting quarterly sales targets
• Ability to build a pipeline of new business to deliver $1m+ of annual software sales.
• Enthusiasm and high-energy.

You will be:
• Reporting to our Head of Integrity Product Business.
• Setting appointments with compliance officers and heads of HR and Data Privacy.
• Driving new business throughout the US compliance training software market.
• Signing deals with Fortune 500 Companies.

Your Responsibilities:
• Run campaigns to 200 prospective clients per week in compliance, HR and data-privacy functions in corporate business
• Book 5 meetings per week to present compliance training solutions
• Build a pipeline of business to deliver $1m+ in Sales
• Run virtual meetings with prospects to generate sales opportunities
• Interact with prospects to build interest, qualify leads, and manage opportunities throughout the sales process to close
• Contribute to our overall sales target
• Work out of our Bentonville office

Your background:
• Undergraduate/masters in a business-related field, e.g. marketing, economics or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5 years + experience in B2B sales with exceptional virtual meeting skills
• Experience in HR, training and or compliance an advantage

Full time Salaried position with compensation and benefits package.
