Part-Time Elementary Teacher

Flex School is a private lower, middle, and high school that specializes in motivating and supporting gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) students. The pay rate for this position is $40.25-$44.50.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in elementary education, with a focus on special education and/or gifted education.
• Experience working with twice-exceptional (2e) students
• Strong understanding of best practices in special education and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and specialists.
• Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
