Job Title: Harness Designer

Duration: 6 weeks

• Completed design and 3D definition of the fire suppression system wire harnesses and any necessary surrounding items.
  • Harness passthroughs to enable harness paths through the enclosure.
  • Mounting provisions for harnesses within the enclosure.
  • Connections to the off-the-shelf HVAC system.
  • Connections to actuated valves and release modules.
  • Connections for temperature detectors, horns, and manual release assemblies.
  • Routing for all the above.
• Completed design and 3D definition of the quad skid system wire harnesses and any necessary surrounding items.
  • Harness passthroughs to enable harness paths through the enclosure.
  • Mounting provisions for harnesses within the enclosure.
  • Connections to the DC-DC modules.
  • Connections to quad skid management unit PCBA.
  • Connections for all sensors within the quad skid.
  • Routing for all of the above.
• Completed 2D definition of the harnesses described above.

• Knowledge of 3D data and 2D drawings.
• Zuken harness software as primary means of designing harnesses.
• Solid Works Electrical may be used in a limited capacity.
• Familiar with PDM systems for CAD file management.
