Position Summary
F-15 EX Fielding Senior Program Manager – The Boeing Company (BGS) – Berkeley, MO
This role leads fielding and sustainment for the F-15EX, owns execution and delivery of product support, drives cross-functional teams, and shapes platform-level strategies for rapid, reliable bed-down of F-15EX aircraft at USAF bases worldwide. The Senior Program Manager works at the intersection of industry and DoD, balancing near-term execution with proposal activity for future production lots, influencing platform strategy, and forging deep relationships with BDS, USAF, and international BGS program managers while working with a high-performing, diverse team that values innovation and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary BGS interface to BDS and the USAF customer for product support deliverables and platform strategy for F-15EX fielding.
- Own BGS technical, cost, and schedule performance, including Profit & Loss oversight for BGS work.
- Develop and execute integrated program plans, policies, and procedures that drive timely, high-quality delivery.
- Lead acquisition activities, applying and tailoring program management best practices and change initiatives.
- Partner with capability and functional organizations to secure staffing, identify and resolve issues, and track performance metrics.
- Create and implement F-15EX and platform product support strategies to ensure successful aircraft bed-down across bases.
- Manage program risk, issues, and opportunities; proactively elevate and drive effective closure on mitigation plans.
- Build and sustain DoD/USAF and international customer relationships and represent BGS in customer engagements.
- Coordinate with international fielding program managers to align strategy, share lessons learned, and incorporate efficiencies across campaigns.
- Establish collaboration forums and communication channels for new aircraft fielding activity across BGS teams for the F-15 platform.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a cross-functional environment (engineering, manufacturing/operations, quality, product support, finance, business development, and program management).
- 1+ year of financial acumen experience applying financial metrics to assess business viability.
- Experience designing and maintaining project measurable metrics and reporting results.
- Experience supporting defense acquisition and proposal development.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.
- Comfortable with acquisition processes, proposal activity, and change management in a fast-paced environment.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

- Pay range: $204,000 – $276,000.
