Your challenge:

As Team Lead – Marketing Analytics, you will lead a cross‑functional team of Marketing Analysts and an Analytics Engineer, shaping how Taxfix measures, understands, and steers marketing performance across B2C App and Web in a multi‑market and multi‑product environment.

You operate at the intersection of growth, data, and strategy. Your role combines people leadership with deep analytical and statistical expertise, enabling your team to deliver high‑impact insights and support some of Taxfix’s most critical investment and growth decisions.

A key part of your mission is to help drive our broader Data strategy forward: data democratization using AI and advancing analytics maturity across the organisation. This means building clarity, trust, and accessibility in our marketing data products, while also pushing methodologies, experimentation, and decision‑making to the next level.

You will be an active member of the Growth & Brand Leadership team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders inside and outside of Marketing, including our CRM team and partners such as Aampe. Together, you will navigate complex, often ambiguous problem spaces, connect signals across attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will continuously evolve how marketing measurement is done at Taxfix, balancing methodological rigor with pragmatism. You will work in a privacy‑first, AI‑driven landscape, where experimentation, automation, and agentic workflows increasingly shape how analytics creates impact at scale.

Your responsibilities and decisions:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Marketing Analysts and one Analytics Engineer, fostering ownership, continuous learning, and growth.

  • Act as an active member of our Growth & Brand Leadership team and partner closely with core stakeholders inside and outside of Marketing.

  • Own and evolve marketing measurement across attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling, consolidating insights and signals into clear, actionable recommendations for budget allocation, channel strategy, and long‑term growth.

    • Collaborate directly with partners such as Google or Meta to test, influence, and advance modern measurement approaches.

  • Apply cohorting, customer lifetime value (CLV), and growth accounting to create a holistic and forward‑looking view of marketing performance across markets and products.

  • Own and evolve our dbt‑based marketing data models and Looker explorers, translating business problems into scalable data models, metrics, and analytical products in close collaboration with Analytics Engineering.

  • Collaborate with our CRM team and Aampe to drive agentic user journey personalization and experimentation forward, going deep on the statistical and technical foundations of these solutions.

  • Actively explore and apply AI‑driven workflows, including tools like Claude Code or Cursor, to push the boundaries of how analytics work gets done.

Your profile:
  • Strong background in analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, gained through formal education and or deep hands‑on experience.

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing analytics across App and Web, ideally in a multi‑market and multi‑product environment.
