Frontend Engineer - Web; m​/f​/d

As Frontend Engineer, you will build and scale web interfaces that empower nursing leaders to be able to take informed actions to improve facility quality and resident health.

• Design technical solutions based on requirements from product, design and software architecture
• Build scalable Frontends that can grow with multi-markets and across verticals
• Ship features at a pace that keeps up with product and design output, with no UI work queue forming
• Partake in engineering quality discussions, valuing robustness as much as output speed
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine requirements, review APIs, participate in code reviews, and maintain a consistent design system

• Frontend Expertise: You have 3-5 strong years of experience building and scaling Frontends in UX-heavy fields, with particularly strong Modern React and Typescript skills
• Analytics mindset: you have used tools like Sentry, Post Hog and Grafana, and you value measuring performance of the software you ship
• Strong agentic engineering background: you work with LLMs to decrease cycle time, but are aware of its pitfalls and know how to navigate around them
• Excellent communicator: you are able to work cross-functionally well between Product, Design and Engineering teams, to ship high-quality product features on time
