This individual will work closely with the business users in gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed project plan and system requirements for software development projects. This role will be focused on development and documentation of functional business requirements, business process consulting, business case development, ongoing system implementations and process improvement projects in support of the Information Technology best practices.
Coordinate between teams of technical resources and business stakeholders and have a thorough understanding of the technologies, systems, and processes that will be used in achieving project objectives.

Maintain business cases, change requests, test plans and issue/action tracking while making recommendations for improvement.
