Construction Administrator
Responsibilities
* Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward.
* Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets.
* Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations.
* Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
* Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment.
* Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts.
* Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Skills
* Associate's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction administration role supporting commercial projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of project management software such as PM software and P6.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in project coordination, project administration, construction administration, change orders, RFIs, project management, architecture, and scheduling.
Work Environment
Work onsite for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The position offers 2 weeks of paid time off and 6 holidays. Join a large, growing company with the ability to support impactful projects throughout the Eastern PA area.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
