Electrical Assembly Technician

We are hiring an Electrical Technician to support the installation of aerial lifts on truck bodies.

This is a hands-on role working with electrical systems in a manufacturing environment in Bethlehem, PA, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position after 6 months.

Responsibilities
-Assemble and install electrical wiring, components, and systems
-Support electrical installation of aerial lifts on truck bodies
-Troubleshoot and repair electrical and related systems
-Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
-Perform minor repairs across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
-Identify and replace faulty parts
-Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
-Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards

What We Offer
-Pay rate: $21/hour
-4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
-Overtime opportunity on Fridays/Saturdays
-6-month contract-to-hire with long-term potential

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
-2+ years of electrical experience preferred
-Basic knowledge of industrial wiring and automotive electrical systems
-Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
-Experience using hand/power tools and testing equipment
-Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
-Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
