Apprentice CNC Machine Operator - Entry Level

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking motivated Apprentice CNC Machine Operators who are eager to grow their skills in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent technical or vocational school graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Learn to set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines, including Okuma and Mori Seiki equipment
- Perform repetitive production machining operations under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work instructions
- Inspect precision machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain production, maintenance, and machining records
- Follow all company safety procedures, production standards, and shop policies
- Support manufacturing operations and additional shop duties as needed
- High school diploma required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn CNC machining
- Basic computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a manufacturing environment
