SIGRA zoekt een Buurtcoach in Beverwijk voor 28 uur per week. Je ondersteunt inwoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking (LVB) bij hun deelname aan de samenleving.
Als Buurtcoach ben je zichtbaar in de wijk en help je bewoners bij activiteiten en sociale netwerken. Een HBO-opleiding en ervaring met wijkgericht werken zijn vereist. We bieden een jaarcontract conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 55 en ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
