We’re looking for Packhouse Operatives to join a well-established flower grower based in Sandy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, helping to prepare beautiful bouquets for delivery nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

* Carefully pack and prepare flowers and bouquets for dispatch

* Handle flowers delicately to maintain quality and prevent damage

* Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily production targets

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the packhouse

Requirements

* Previous experience in a packing or production role is an advantage

* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

* Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork

* Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days out of 7, including some weekends

* Available for an immediate start
