Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial planning
- Conduct cost analysis and monitor production costs to improve efficiency
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and industry regulations
- Assist in process improvements to enhance financial reporting and cost management
The Successful Applicant
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting
- Commercial awareness to understand the impact of financial decisions on operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with finance and non-finance teams

- High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and financial systems
