Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site Office Manager role located in Birmingham, AL. The Office Manager will handle daily office operations, ensure a professional and welcoming work environment, maintain office equipment/supplies, and provide administrative support to the team. New Capital Partners is looking for an Office Manager to be on-site 3-4 days per week from 9am-2pm.
Qualifications- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with event planning
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, organize tasks, and ensure smooth office operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with investors and team members
- Experience with maintaining and managing office equipment and supplies
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently
