Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures on-site.
