We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Integration to help shape our tech landscape and support scalable growth across the business.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of IT analysts and architects focused on enterprise systems, integrations, and infrastructure. You’ll serve as the bridge between IT and business, driving high‑impact initiatives and scalable solutions.

• Leading and mentoring a high‑performing team supporting enterprise architecture and integration efforts.
• Managing ecommerce platforms, store data systems, and enterprise applications from implementation to support.
• Translating business needs into IT strategies and scalable solutions.
• Defining development standards and best practices in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Overseeing vendor relationships and evaluating new technologies.
• Maintaining architecture documentation across systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Driving risk mitigation, internal controls, and infrastructure security.

• 7+ years of IT experience (3+ in leadership), with deep knowledge of retail systems.
• Proven experience across enterprise architecture domains (data, solution, integration, platforms).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  
  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
