What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including armed response when post duties require it.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document daily activities, observations, and/or incident details in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal standards.
Support cash-handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, attentive observation, and timely communication with management and/or law enforcement when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
