Warehouse Associate II

Position Overview: The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading material, assembling customer orders, performing inventory checks, operating forklift equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

• Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move and store material, conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments and stock material, process customer returns, notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance.
• Wait on customers and prepare sales slips when required.
• Maintain a safe working environment by observing all safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic math, organization, customer service, fluency in English, detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious.

• The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
