Commercial Manager required for a leading Planned Property Services contractor in the Midlands, delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance works.
Job Description- Managing commercial performance across Planned Property Services contracts throughout the Midlands region.
- Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Overseeing CVRs, cost reporting, forecasting, subcontractor management, and final accounts for Planned Works contracts.
- Building strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the Midlands area.
- Supporting operational teams to ensure Planned Maintenance projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on programme.
- Proven Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within Planned Property Services or Social Housing.
- Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation, and reactive maintenance contracts in the Midlands.
- Experience managing commercial teams and multiple social housing contracts simultaneously.
- Degree Qualified, HNC/HND, or equivalent Commercial Management qualification.
- Excellent contractual, financial reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within Property Services environments.
