A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor is looking to strengthen its Midlands delivery team with the appointment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.

Projects ranging from large commercial developments through to technically challenging specialist schemes

What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
Working closely with commercial and design departments to ensure successful project delivery
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Monitoring programme performance, quality standards and project costs
Supporting commissioning activities and overseeing final handover
Identifying risks, resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on track

What We're Looking For

Previous experience delivering mechanical building services projects
A strong understanding of HVAC, public health and mechanical systems
Experience working for an M&E contractor or building services specialist
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets effectively
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
