What You Will Do
- Tap into creativity to design unique professional environments, providing technical support throughout all project stages.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously for professional, financial service, and corporate clients, including architectural and interior design projects.
- Lead the full project lifecycle: estimating, bidding, kickoff, weekly coordination, punch/snagging, turnover, opening, and close‑out.
- Support communication among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building permitting officials.
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex design challenges.
- Maintain project manuals, specifications, and technical documents.
- Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction.
- Demonstrate a proactive, problem‑solving attitude while collaborating closely with the wider consultancy team on innovative design solutions.
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification professional work experience.
- Proven project leadership and excellent client liaison and team management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
- Experience with the full project lifecycle of interior design projects.
- Strong technical understanding of building construction and ability to create clear technical documents.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
