We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our committed and supportive team starting in September 2026.
Salary:£32,196 - £45,352 per annum
32.5 hours per week.
Commencing September 2026
This is a full‑time, permanent position, suitable for an experienced teacher who is passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience or a strong interest in leading English, including reading, writing, and oracy across the curriculum. Subject leadership responsibility may be offered depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality teaching aligned with the Primary National Curriculum
- Plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Track pupil progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
- (Desirable) Lead or support the leadership of English, including:
- Curriculum development
- Monitoring and raising standards
- Supporting colleagues with best practice
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge, particularly in English
- Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
- Is reflective and committed to professional development
- Has, or is keen to develop, subject leadership skills
- A welcoming, supportive staff team
