Position: Teaching Assistant (s) - Ladypool Primary School

We are seeking to appoint three talented, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our hard-working team to start on 1st September 2026.

L3 Teaching Assistant x 2 and L3 SEND Teaching Assistant

Fixed Term for 1 year.

34.5 hours per week. 39 weeks per year.

Salary: £28,598 – £34,434

The successful candidate will
  • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
  • Working with children in a school setting.
  • Contributing to development, monitoring and review of IEPs.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
  • The ability to contribute effectively to teachers’ planning and preparation for lessons.
  • Inspire, challenge and motivate children to achieve.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Be committed to fostering excellent relationships between parents, carers and the community.
  • Embrace the principles of equality and inclusion.
