Spanish Teacher

Position: Spanish Teacher (September 2026 start)
Location: Harborne

Do you have the ability to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop confidence and achieve success?

I am currently working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school within the Edgbaston/Bearwood area, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Spanish Teacher for a September start.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a school that is committed to high expectations, positive relationships, and ensuring every student is supported to become the best version of themselves.

The school has a strong community ethos built around respect, determination, and encouragement, with a clear focus on providing a knowledge-rich curriculum and creating an environment where both staff and students can thrive.

The role will begin on a long-term supply basis, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The school is looking for an educator who is looking to make a genuine impact within the school community and contribute to the wider life of the school.

The successful Spanish Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience teaching Spanish within a secondary school
Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Spanish curriculum
Experience supporting and preparing students for GCSE examinations
The ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire learners
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
A resilient, proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
A genuine commitment to supporting student progress and contributing to school life
