A well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy is investing in its civil engineering capability. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will deliver drainage-led infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, contributing to sustainable and technically strong project outcomes.

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead drainage design, Flood Risk Assessments and SuDS strategies while coordinating with planners, environmental teams and external stakeholders. This Senior Civil Engineer role combines hands‑on technical delivery with mentoring and quality control responsibilities within a growing Birmingham team.

• Lead drainage and infrastructure design for development schemes
• Prepare Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and SuDS designs
• Manage S104 and related technical approvals
• Coordinate with planners and external stakeholders
• Support and mentor engineers and technicians

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
• Strong UK consultancy background in drainage and infrastructure
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Micro Drainage or Info Drainage
• Confident producing Flood Risk Assessments and reports
• Commercial awareness and client‑facing confidence
