£46,000 - £46,500 Monday – Friday 3 Shift, 1 Sunday in 4

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and over £9million of investment going into the factory and growth into various export markets they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.

• Planned Maintenance inspections, review parts used
• Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules, carry out safety checks on range of equipment
• Monitor plant conditions, report defects, repair of machinery
• Generate and maintain compliance to SOP’s, risk assessments
• Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non-conformance issues
• Work on a range of valves & pumps
• Support production & continuous improvement projects

• Formal Engineering Qualification – C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained
• Continuous improvement knowledge
• Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
• Experience in food, packaging, drink, manufacturing environments
