Store Assistant

Store Assistant in Kings Norton
20 hours per week
6 months Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Assist customers with finding products and providing friendly, efficient service.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Manage the store’s back‑end tasks such as stocking shelves and handling warehouse duties.
• Provide outstanding service by offering a great experience during busy times and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ask the right questions to help customers with their projects and find everything they need.
• Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
