The Role (OTE £40k-£45k)Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Preservation Joiners throughout the Midlands and specifically in the Birmingham area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.
As a Joiner your role will include:
- Removal and replacement of timber floors
- Application of Timber treatments
- First and second fix joinery work
- Skirting boards
- Timber resin splice repairs
We are looking for someone in the West Midlands who has:
- Proven skills in Joinery
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
- A team player and Self starter
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
- Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
- CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
