This General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bismarck, ND. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team performance, overseeing financial and operational objectives, implementing company policies, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments within the aviation industry.
Qualifications- Leadership and Management:
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, operational management, and achieving business objectives in a high-pressure environment. - Operational Expertise:
Strong knowledge of ground handling and aviation operations, as well as the ability to implement and uphold safety and security standards. - Interpersonal and Communication
Skills:
Effective communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to interact with diverse internal teams and external clients. - Strategic and Financial Acumen:
Proven experience in developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and driving financial performance. - Proficiency with relevant technology tools and systems used in aviation logistics and operations management.
- Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, aviation management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the aviation industry is required and management certifications are advantageous.
