Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (varied start times): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM; 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Weekends every other, holidays every other; day and night coverage (rotating)

Requirements- Perform rapid, accurate patient assessments and triage to prioritize care in a busy ER
- Deliver trauma-informed care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Initiate IVs, draw labs, and manage medications including vasopressors and antiarrhythmics
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry, escalating concerns to physicians
- Provide safe care for respiratory patients with familiarity in vents/CPAP/BiPAP troubleshooting
- Support throughput by collaborating with physicians, techs, and support services to move patients efficiently
- Document care clearly and promptly in EPIC to ensure continuity and quality
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clear communication during stressful moments
- Active RN license (eligible to work in North Dakota)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC charting strongly preferred
- Comfort with 12-hour rotating shifts and every-other-weekend scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients and triage effectively
- Travel experience preferred but enthusiastic first-time travelers are welcome
- BSN not required
