Description

Key partner to leadership and to sales to lead the deep dive analytics and scenario modeling to drive strategy and sales effectiveness. A finance leader with deep understanding of business drivers to lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting of revenue by channel. Partner with sales leads to develop and monitor customer investment strategies including discounts, trade, education aligned with strategy and financial targets Leverage tools and business intelligence gained from the North America COE for Strategy & Analytics with specific applications to Aveda to help drive profitable growth aligned with ELC North America strategic initiatives. Leverage analytics and business intelligence to build models for planning and assessing growth strategies by channel.

• Lead Deep dive analytics to identify opportunities to drive profitable growth (ie, best practices, mapping, etc)

• Partner in the development of new business strategies and processes creating meaningful reports & analytics

• Develop models/assumptions to create accurate forecasts & scenarios by channel (comp rates, opens/closes, etc)

• Partner with marketing to model and measure channel differentiation strategies & tactics

• Develop and monitor customer investment strategies and budgets; track channel specific marketing

• Understand and forecast P&L line items between gross and net sales

• Collaborate with Sales Leads to meet their needs for information that helps drive the business

• Develop models to assess scenarios for growth across channels, business models, etc.

• Model and track profitability and forecast for omni-channel promotions, investments and partner with FP&A to incorporate in Financial Estimate

• Determine field sales performance for bonus purposes

• Leverage catchment database to recommend investment decisions to optimize distribution

• Assess salon channel market size an growth

• Develop field sales KPI dashboard and lead ongoing maintenance



Qualifications

Minimum Education level: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 10

% Travel Time: 10%

Required Language Proficiency: English
