• Day shift position with stable hours

• Manage inventory levels and ensure parts are organized and accurately stocked
• Coordinate purchasing of materials using Limble and Microsoft D365
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Perform cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory audits
• Track inventory trends and adjust reorder levels as needed
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records
• Support warehouse operations, including unloading and stocking materials
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and accounting teams

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and reporting
• Team player with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Inventory, warehouse, or purchasing experience
• Experience with Microsoft D365 or maintenance systems (Limble)
• Forklift experience (stand-up preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations
