We would adore finding a full-time nanny/childcare provider near Woodbury, Minnesota who can start immediately! The family couldn’t be nicer! Native to Minnesota, they have an adorable two-year-old little girl who wants your love and affection. They also have a baby on the way. Use your former daycare skills to engage this little tyke in age-appropriate developmental activities that will keep her reaching her milestones.l The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to take initiative and is looking for a long-term fit. Mom and dad want someone who is smart, who will help LO to grow and prosper! The parents are fairly direct in the communication style and couldn’t be nicer! College graduates are preferred.
Mild housekeeping/neatening is required. The parents have very high-stress jobs, and so we need a nanny with a very helpful, loving nature.
We are totally okay using timeouts, but the parents try to never say “No” to their little girl because they are aware that causes de-motivation. Needless to say, both mom and dad are very positive people and they would love to find a full-time nanny near Edina who has a positive attitude.

Schedule of Coverage Needed
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Childcare Benefits
Pay: $3,500 a month - $4,200 a month
Two Weeks paid vacation
Paid Federal Holidays
Time and a half over 40 hours
Responsibilities:
Support the pre-established schedule
Engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
Design small crafts and activities for baby
Frequently read to her
Transport the toddler to play dates, activities, and other child-related events. .
Play outdoors, even in winter (within reason).
Prepare children’s meals and snacks, cleaning up after yourself
Maintain a clean kitchen and empty the dishwasher every day
Keep play areas tidy
Schedule Type: Full-time, long-term

A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years working in an expert setting with infants and toddlers
A clean background check
A great car with a clean driving record
Knowledge of age-appropriate children’s development
Possible Early Childcare Education Coursework (ECE) or CDA in college or university

Candidates must be able to work independently and take initiative
