Quality Control Coordinator (Roofing)

Centi Mark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Quality Control Coordinator to support sale reps in the Bloomington, MN area.

The QA Rep will be responsible for overseeing daily production of roofing projects, monitoring safety, quality of installations, and daily customer communication. The QA Rep will report directly to the field supervisor, customer and management. They will be responsible for paperwork, time sheets, and ensuring that Centi Mark Safety policies are followed. The QA Rep should be able to lead their team and install a quality Centi Mark roof within the provided hours in a safe and orderly manner.

• Show a positive work history and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Have minimum experience in general roofing.
• Have a working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO is a plus; previous roofing and sales experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
