Job SummaryResponsible for visually inspecting, monitoring the filling process, manually packing, and stacking finished products, and completing sanitation activities.
Pay- Weekly pay
- $500 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates

- 12‑hour shift: 7am – 7pm, 7pm – 7am
- Working 3‑4 days/week (2‑2‑3 schedule)
- Communication via phone, email, and text. Ensure you have access to a valid email address.
- Qualified applicants will receive a phone call to schedule an onsite interview.
- Post‑offer background check, drug screen, and physical assessment required.
- Maintain the 5's and GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Visually inspect and manually pack bags of product into boxes.
- Recognize and report product quality issues.
- Set up scales for bag, bulk, and/or tote weights.
- Weigh one bag per case.
- Understand the information on the lead label.
- Pallet stack as needed.
- Pour on rework.
- Fill out all paperwork completely, accurately, and timely (including first case verifications, daily 5S paperwork, changeover/sanitation paperwork, etc.).
- Cover bulk lines and recognize and report bad product.
- Clean and organize the packing area using approved chemicals and PPE as applicable.
- Perform shut down, start up, and changeover procedures.
- Rework product as needed.
- Use pallet jacks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 1‑month experience or training in related field.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information to other employees.
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
